1. Open Jupiter App
Go to the Help section.
2. Start a Chat
Type "Close my account" to chat with customer support.
3. Destroy Card (if any)
If you have a debit card or cheque book, cut it and send them a photo.
4. Empty Your Account
Transfer any remaining money to another bank account.
5. Confirm Closure
The support team will close your account once everything is verified.
That's it — your Jupiter account will be closed!
